Sea Cows on Parade at the waterfront of Fort Pierce Fl. were cast in resin by Pat Cochan.

The concept came from the the land-cows of Chicago. Thus was born the idea of colorfully creative creatures swimming through the City of Fort Pierce. Some of the most expressive artists in our area formed the “Seacows on Parade Committee” to shape an exhibition that also financially benefited the County’s Manatee Center on the Indain River in Fort Pierce.

In a perect blend of art and commerce, vision local businesses sponsored selected artists to fashion the whimsical creatures. You can find them at the Manatee Center in downtown waterfront and scarttered from Vero Beach to Stuart Florida.
